Overview
A platform that calculates rent increase rates under article 344 of the Turkish Code of Obligations, auto-updated with TÜİK (Turkish Statistical Institute) CPI data. Designed from scratch and built on Next.js to produce fully static (SSG) output.
The problem
Rent increase calculations were confusing. Navigating the CPI figures for different months, while keeping track of the law's specific cases, was far too easy to get wrong. Reaching a correct result meant a long research session for most people.
The solution
We collapsed the flow into a single calculator. The user enters a month and amount, and the system instantly derives the rate under article 344 using current CPI. Data is periodically pulled from TÜİK, so results stay current.
Process
It began with strategy and calculation accuracy, and was crowned with a 31-page SEO architecture. Each subpage was structured with meaningful URL patterns and structured data for search engines. Static generation keeps data flow nearly cost-free on the server.
